Established in 1978, Progressive Flooring & Services is a specialty contractor who has successfully earned long term client relationships. With a single call these clients have come to rely on Progressive’s expertise for their new build, remodel, replacement and most importantly, their multi-site needs.

Today Progressive is a preferred vendor partner for many premier U.S. brands in the entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, retail, and senior living sectors. We work for multi-site commercial clients that need a multi-skilled specialty contractor that can be counted on — whatever, whenever and wherever… That’s Progressive.
PAY & TRAVEL RATES
We offer competitive pay rates and pay via ACH within 10 days of completion. We negotiate fair and mutually agreed upon mileage and lodging rates based on your service area. Additionally, when necessary, we provide alternative means of temporary support for new craftsmen or craftsmen getting back into the workforce.
NO RETENTION
We do not withhold pay regardless of the terms we have with our clients or general contractors. We accept this risk and consider it our way of building a strong working relationship, while minimizing the financial concerns of our craftsmen.
CONVIENENCE
We handle as much of the logistics as possible, so our craftsmen can continue executing and earning. Our four warehouse locations in California, Florida, Ohio and Texas, enable us to store client owned materials. Additionally, flooring related jobs include such project conveniences as blades, staples, cleaners, and other incidentals. These items can be shipped direct to jobsites as well. While communicating ceaselessly with our clients and craftsmen, we also coordinate site details from supplying dumpsters to acquiring specialty equipment.

Regardless of the assigned client manager or specific client, we strive for consistency, accuracy, and constant communication, so that working with Progressive is more efficient with less job site hindrances, and therefore a more rewarding experience for our craftsmen.
JOINING PROGRESSIVE
Our craftsman candidate process begins with the completion of our Prequalification form. Once this is received, it will be evaluated by our Director of Operations. Successfully qualified candidates will be contacted to review their next steps toward a successful Craftsman Certification process, including reviewing a Master Service Agreement, and exploring upcoming work opportunities.
